Shockstop Pro suspension stem

The patented ShockStop Suspension Stem Pro smooths out road imperfections, reducing fatigue and strain. Different as to suspension stems in the past designed for mountain biking, the ShockStop stem is designed for road and gravel riding. There is also a very good case for using this stem on a TT bike, as it will significantly reduce vibration when on the extensions. Any one riding on rough road for an extensive period while on the extensions know that it can be a quite unpleasant experience.
The modern and road-specific design as compared to traditional design means that there is less travel (too much travel feels awkward), less weight penalty (starting at 227g for 80mm length) and a very clean look.
The ShockStop features dual interchangeable elastomer springs that let you fine-tune the suspension feel to perfectly match your riding style. You can mix and match the different elastomer stiffnesses to dial in the ride feel to your liking.
