XSHIFTER wireless shifting conversion

XSHIFTER replaces the mechanical shifters on your bike with a remote on the bars. A motor unit mounted on the chainstay provides the cable pull to engage the rear or front derailleur.
The system is paired with a companion app to tweak shift speed, button operation and initiate the pairing.
It can be tuned via the app to work with any current mechanical system (Shimano, SRAM, Campagnolo, Microshift) and any number of sprockets on the cassette, and according to their Kickstarter campaign could even work with dropper posts.
The concept is interesting because it allows for all kind of mechanical to wireless shift conversions, saving costs as compared to buying a wireless groups, or making an otherwise impossible wireless set-up possible.

As of time of this writing there are delivery issues and also some kinks that might not yet be fully sorted out, so please check on their Kickstarter page for updated information before making a decision to purchase.
